I’m Kai (pronounced “Ky”), your licensed cosmetologist makeup, artist, and Salon Manager located at the Sugar Land Med Spa & Salon. I’ve been in the industry professionally for over 9 years as a makeup artist and a licensed cosmetologist for over 6 years. My specialties are I-tip & K-tip extensions (BELLAMI HAIR PRO CERTIFIED) and silk presses. But not limited to. I have a sincere passion for the industry and constantly learn to stay knowledgeable in my craft. I believe in professionalism and fairness to all of my clients.

***PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT***

DEPOSITS: NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances if not given a 24 HRS notice of your scheduled appointment for cancellations. Your deposit is used to reserve your desired appointment, date and time. It will be deducted from your cost of service.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEULE: Must be given at least 24 hrs notice of scheduled appointment time.

NO CALL/ NO SHOW: Client will be charged full service fee and will be blocked from making future appointments. Unless willing to pay an additional $20 fee for a future appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

AVAILABILITY: Schedule is current and kept up to date. If time or day is not available on the calendar, please choose another day that will show availability. Please do not text requesting exceptions unless already discussed.

COURTESY: Punctuality is highly encouraged, however things happen. Clients are allowed 15 mins grace period after their scheduled time. Non-refundable $15 late fee is added after 20 mins. After 20 mins, your appointment is canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS!

SPACE: NO CHILDREN or EXTRA GUESTS are allowed during the duration of your appointment. Unless confirmed by me.

SERVICE 1: Make sure hair is FULLY detangled if hair has been previously braided when you arrive to your appointment. If so, an additional fee will be added.

SERVICE 2: Please schedule all services prior to appointment. Extra services may not be able to be added day of due to scheduled clients for the day.

CORRECTIONS: Can be done 3 days after service free of charge. Anything after the 3rd day is an additional fee. But must be notified prior to.

I do not work over another stylist work. If you are needing a “touch-up”, “re-curl” or correction from the work of another stylist, please contact that stylist.

I DO NOT OFFER: A la carte or discounted services.

All clients are shampoo’d for each service. No exceptions.

After-hour services are offered for an additional $25 fee (minimum), no matter the service. Must be worked out with me at least 2 days prior to the actual service date to make arrangements.

I do travel for large parties only and for an additional fee to be discussed with me separately.

ALL FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED EXCEPT CHECKS.

***HAIR ENHANCEMENTS (wigs, closures, extensions)***

If being shampoo’d, must be dropped off by end of salon day on Saturdays to be available by Monday end of salon day.

If being chemically treated/customized in any way must be dropped off one week in advance of the salon appointment. 15min free consultation is MANDATORY.

Last but certainly not least...leave all negativity at the door upon arrival. Kai Watson Artistry prides itself on keeping a drama-free experience. Not only for the client, but for the stylist as well. :) If this request cannot be fulfilled, please know that you will be turned away without refund.
